Our Mission

The mission of Franchise Partnerships is to help entrepreneurs truly live the American dream of business ownership.  With so many franchise and business opportunities available it can be overwhelming.  We work closely with you through the entire process.  Our goal is to match you with the right opportunity for your professional and lifestyle goals, interests and financial ability.  Franchise Partnerships recognized that there was a real need to assist the franchise buyers, therefore we provide advanced research tools, consultative services  and due diligence assistance as well as help prospective franchisees qualify for the franchises they desire to invest in.

Credentials

Franchise Partnerships is affiliated with the Franchise Broker Association, the leading association of franchise brokers.  Katy has gone through extensive training programs that include legal training, industry training, client training,  franchisor training, and more.  Because of this relationship, our company is able to provide you with a full package of consulting services, and ongoing support and training after your franchise is awarded.   Katy has also earned the designations of Certified Franchise Broker (CFB) and FTC Sales Compliant Certified (FSC).  Katy works closely with a team of experts in the franchise industry as well as funding specialists.

Background

Franchise Partnerships was founded in 2011 by Katy O’Connor after searching for a franchise or business opportunity for the next chapter in her life. At that time Katy had over 20 years of experience in Home Health Care and Real Estate sales.

Katy enjoyed the process of researching franchise and business opportunities so much that she decided to become a Franchise Consultant and help others fulfill their dreams of business ownership as well.

Katy has been in her clients shoes, and understands their perspective.  Clients appreciate her transparency, honesty and the in-depth information she provides.  Katy advises clients during all phases of the purchasing process, from initial goals assessment, through the due-diligence process including the purchase and beyond.

In Katy’s first year with the Franchise Brokers Association, she was recognized as Rookie of The Year and was awarded Visionary Broker of the Year in 2013.

Katy has offices located in Cape Cod Massachusetts and Cape Coral Florida, but works with candidates nationally.
